Abnormal amount of fat on the body is called obesity.

Causes:

If once eat to much food than body requirement the surplus food stored as fat so become overweight or obese.
This fat stored in adipose tissue in the abdomen,
around the kidneys and under skin.

Obesity the mother of disease.

An obese person more likely to suffer from
.high blood pressure
.heart disease
.diabetes mellitus
.stomach disorder

How we reduce our body weight:

.walk half an hour early in the morning
.take green tea every day mix ginger in it also
.eat soaked almonds early in the morning
.use detox water before going to sleep.
.avoid fast food
.eat fresh vegetable salad every day
.use vitamin C supplement every day

Walk half an hour daily.
